The LivingroomConcert ReleaseTour is moving

Having played two shows of the German LivingroomConcert ReleaseTour of Everything On Wheels, we are enjoying a day off at Stuttgart before hitting the road again by tomorrow...

wir schreiben den 17. Februar 2012 und das heisst, dass genau heute unser neues Album “Everything On Wheels” endlich in auch Deutschland herausgebracht wird. Stürmt in die Plattenläden und überzeugt euch selbst ...

Und für die ewigen Zweifler unter uns, hier eine kleine Hörprobe auf dem Podcast von FluxFM und sollte das nicht reichen, dann hätten wir da auch noch ein Paar Album-Kritiken...

 

Und sollte das immer noch nicht reichen, dann kommt doch einfach vorbei bei einem unserer Shows in Deutschland ...

Royal Sounds with Woolen Happiness

Just having recovered from our five gigs at Eurosonic/Noorderslag 2012, we will now be heading towards the 'wool capital' of the Netherlands: Tilburg! And like King William II always used to say: 'Here in Tilburg, I can breathe freely and I feel happy... ' 

Whereas we feel free to do an instore concert at Sounds Tilburg and an exclusive backstage-concert, before our show at 013. And as Thursday 19 January 2012 is going to be a busy day, we have put everything into a tiny, yet structured schedule. Just to assure everybody, including ourselves, is aware of this Thursdays' options and possibilities...

Backstage concert in the Trojan Horse

By the way, tonight we are playing in the Trojan Horse together with Wolfendale ...
And to make it even better, we are going to do an intimate backstage concert before entering the stage.

A Trojan Horse; Blaudzun, Wolfendale and a new year

A new year, a new album, not ours this time but Blaudzun recorded a new one. They will be releasing Heavy Flowers on 6th January in Tivoli and we have the honour to be their release party support. And the next day we will kick off this brand new year once again. This time with a show in The Hague together with Wolfendale. 
All of you, have a very happy new year  and may all your dreams and wishes come true. Hope to see you in the Trojan Horse on Saturday 7th January...!

The Spirit of Frits Philips

Time passes quickly and as the end of 2011 is nearing, we are approaching this year’s last concert:

In the spirit of Frits Philips, who build the Evoluon as a gift for the 75^th anniversary of the Philips company to its home-base, the city of Eindhoven, we will build you a spirited night at the Effenaar in Eindhoven. Together with two other gifted bands (I am Oak and TIKA) we will celebrate our very special own holy night. Call it our pre-Christmas present, call it awkward i`s last concert of 2011 or call it 22-12-11 the magical-music-Thursday, but just come along and join us at the Effenaar.

Dumping prices at Haarlem

With Christmas approaching and the (financial) crisis still going on, we all need to cut down our expenses and save the last money in order to buy gifts for our beloved ones…In the beautiful city of Haarlem they have their own creative way of financial crisis management:
